Love our Happy Owners!!!!
Welcome to the Happy Owners page!! This page consists of some pictures of puppies that were sold and have gone to their new home along with some writings by their new owners. I want to SUPER THANK all the new owners that send me pictures and updates on how their darlings are doing. I love all these babies and miss them here, but am also so very glad they have new, wonderful lives with loving owners! If you have one of my darlings and want to send photo's or an update, please do!! I will love it, and hopefully get it posted!
From Stephanie with Luke-- now Luc
Stephanie, his new mommy, had this to say: He did good last night and slept well... He meets the rest of the family tonight.....He has made me so happy and I love him to pieces... Luc went to the vet yesterday for his check-up. Everything looks good...
From Brad with Sugar-- now Tippi
Sugar was a female from Athena's second litter. From Brad new owner: "She's a very intelligent pup and we love her more each day. We are looking forward to watching her grow and experiencing new things as we take her new places."
From Mike with Tiny-- now Penny
This was our last girl from Kayley's litter. From new owner Mike: "Everything went well with vet they gave me a puppy pack... She is a happy and healthy little pup. Looks like you took good care of her. I got your vet records in the mail yesterday. I will give them to my vet if it ever stops snowing here!"
From Lynda with Gal-- now Izzy
She is one of Athena's first puppies. From her new owner Lynda: "Izzy has settled in and has been playing with my other beagle... She is by far the easiest puppy we have ever had. She is already used to her crate and is a wonderful sleeper. Thanks again..."
From Catherine with Rass
Rass is another of Athena's first litter. From his owner Catherine: "You are right – he is quite the cuddler and snuggled right in when we sat down to watch TV last night... I am amazed how quiet his is…no crying or barking in the house at this point!...He is such an attention getter. We can’t go anywhere without people stopping up to ask about him, want to pet him...We are super happy and just love him so much! "
From Amy with K9-- now Henry
Another boy form Athena's first litter. From Amy: He [Henry] is doing really well. He has already swam in the ocean, slept in a hotel, conquered potty training and we are off to DC this weekend..... No more cargo flights though, he will be with me up top.....
From Jon and Katie with Leia-- now Lucy
Here is one of Kayley's babies! A note from new "daddy" Jon: We got Lucy in November and our lives have been forever changed. She's the sweetest dog we've ever known and everyone that's lucky enough to meet her can't believe what a lover she is - she just wants to play with anyone she meets!
We have been taking her to a puppy class for socialization and she's made some friends about 6 times her size (one is a Mastiff puppy!) it's adorable to watch her play with a dog that has a paw larger than her head!! She seems right at home hanging out with the larger puppies.

She adapted to walking on a leash and got the basic commands (sit, down, come) within the first two weeks - housebreaking was quick (as long as you keep an eye on them in the beginning!) she adapted to her crate quickly and she's not yappy like you'd think of a small breed dog. We take her for walks and enjoy them but she doesn't NEED the exercise a larger dog would have so multiple jogs around the block are not required (a necessity since we both work)
Dee and Rebecca remain available to answer questions promptly through telephone or email. Whether I have questions specific to the breed or just dog questions in general, they're both very helpful. I really couldn't be happier with my new puppy and can't wait to watch Lucy grow up.
Thanks so much...
Thanks so much...
From Robert with Mae-- now Leia
This is another one of Kayley's babies. From Robert, her new owner: She is so full of energy and loves playing with toys and chew sticks. She also really likes going outside and playing in the snow! We are really happy with her and she is doing very well!
